The kitchen staff is an important part of The Pasta House Co. team. The responsibilities of the kitchen staff include: getting the food to the guests in a timely manner so that the restaurant can serve fresh product, keeping the back of the restaurant clean and organized, and maintaining food quality standards. Kitchen personnel will be expected to work with fellow team members to make exceptional food or to efficiently wash dishes. Always leave the station clean, stocked and ready for the next team member.
The dishwasher’s job will consist mainly of washing dishes, pots and stainless steel, cleaning refrigeration, cleaning store rooms, walls, the walk-in cooler, empty trash cans, sweep and mop kitchen floor, and running food to the cooking line. He/she should be very flexible and be responsible for every area of the kitchen. There are numerous unmentioned chores handled by our dishwasher staff.
