The Line Cook is responsible for assuring that golf course and banquet customers’ overall dining experience is of high quality. The responsibilities for this individual include, but are not limited to, the preparation and serving of meals and snacks, sanitation of the food service areas, accurate record keeping of meals, supplies and other items used, receiving and rotating inventory of products and regulatory compliance. He/she should be organized and detail-oriented.
Qualifications for the position include a respectful, caring, and compassionate demeanor towards customers. Must be able to read, write, and communicate effectively in English. Candidates should be hard working, reliable, and trustworthy. We look for Cooks to have at least 1 year experience as a cook in the restaurant or food service industry. Prior banquet experience a plus. He/she should have a working understanding of dining etiquettes, food handling techniques, and general cooking knowledge.
