EspañolScotty's Brewhouse is an upscale, casual dining restaurant with an emphasis towards fun for all ages/demographics, sports on 30+ TV�s, burgers, 30 draft craft beers and exceeding expectations with excellent customer service. Scotty�s Brewhouse opened its own award-winning craft brewery in January of 2011. Scotty�s has expanded into several markets across Indiana: Muncie, Indianapolis, Bloomington, West Lafayette, Carmel, Brownsburg, Fort Wayne and Mishawaka.
Our focus has always centered on our employees. We believe the employee is #1. We bridge this focus with a Vision Statement
that encompasses our beliefs and values: �All I really need to know, I learned in Kindergarten.� (Don�t hit. Play fair. Say �please and thank you.� Be polite. Etc.) We combine this motto with our other individualized, customized focal point: �I will act in a way that will make __________ proud.� Our restaurant�s success is centered around our employee�s happiness and success. Because of this, we have always centered our culture around the most important people in our restaurant � our employees. Staff outings, incentive programs and philanthropic events help shape our employee�s growth, personally and professionally, from a top down vision of owner, Scotty Wise.
