Job Summary:  We are seeking a reliable and energetic person to work at the counter at Red Lodge Pizza Co. The counter is a busy place and employees must be able to work quickly and efficiently, all while providing excellent customer service to guests in person and on the telephone.

Essential Job Duties: include the following; other duties may be assigned:

  • Greets all guests appropriately and assists them efficiently and effectively
  • Uses POS to ring in To-Go and delivery orders
  • Takes orders on the telephone as well as answers and transfers calls
  • Stocks supplies in the counter area
  • Serves ice cream
  • Keeps counters clean at all times
  • Picks up To-Go orders from the kitchen
  • Other duties may be assigned

Valued Experience/Education:

  • High school diploma or GED preferred
  • Experience in the customer service field preferred but not required

Work Environment: This job operates in a busy, fast paced restaurant environment. While performing duties of this job, the employee is exposed to long periods of standing and uses stairs.


The nature of the hospitality requires employees to work weekends, holidays and late hours.
