Who We Are
Ridley’s is a family owned and operated business. Jerry and Connie Ridley have been in the grocery business for over 30 years. They started Ridley’s in 1984 with a small grocery store in Payson, Utah. In 1988 they had the opportunity to move back to Idaho, where they were both born and raised. They currently own and operate multiple stores - Blackfoot (2003), Buhl (1998), Eagle Mountain (2014), Ely (2007), Gooding (1988), Highland (2012), Hyrum (2004), Jerome (1988), Kemmerer (2011), Kimberly (2002), Kuna (2013), Lolo’s in Provo

(2013), McCall (1994), Middleton (1997), Midway(2013), Morgan (2011), two stores in Orem (2010), Pinedale (2008), Pocatello (1998), Pocatello has a second store opened in 2013, Rupert (1988), Tremonton (2004), and Weiser (1999).
What We Do
Ridley’s prides itself on being a hometown grocery store who employs neighbors who serve neighbors. We employ approximately 2000 community members between our stores and Corporate Office. Ridley’s understands the importance of its employees.

Ridley’s looks at its employees' pasts in order to utilize their talents and skills they have obtained. Ridley’s looks at employee’s present and tries to provide flexible scheduling and a good work environment. We also look at our employee’s futures, by providing such benefits as our 401K retirement plan to those who meet eligibility requirements and promotion opportunities to those with interest.
What We Expect
As with any business we expect our employees to be honest, responsible, and hard-working. Because Ridley’s works directly with the

community however, we expect even more from our employees. We expect employees to be clean-cut. We expect each employee to be able to deliver professional, friendly, helpful, and courteous service to each customer that comes into our store.
