We are looking to strengthen our inside sales team.  As part of the Robbins Brothers Guest Service/ Web Sales team, you will have an opportunity to help couples in love, at one of the happiest times of their life, when and where they want to shop. As an inside sales member on the team, we are looking for a guest centric associate that has an ability to read our guests and find their needs quickly over the phone and through chat. You will need a strong focus on Web to Store conversion of guests but ultimately empower our team to take care of our guests the way they feel the most comfortable.

Experience:

  • Luxury Sales: 1 year (Preferred)
  • Sales: 1 years (Preferred)
  • Salesforce CRM: 1 year (Preferred)
  • Strong ability to multitask (Essential)
  • Guest Service mindset
  • Familiar with Sales Applications a plus (Oracle, SalesForce, Magento etc)
  • Basic to intermediate computer skills with MS Office, including Outlook, Word, Excel and PowerPoint.
