About Patachou Inc.
EspañolPatachou Inc., formed by Martha Hoover in December 1989, operates multiple restaurant concepts in the Indianapolis area: Cafe's Patachou, Petite Chou Bistro and Champagne Bar, Napolese Artisanal Pizzerias, Public Greens Urban Kitchen, Bar One Fourteen & Apocalypse Burger. Additionally, Patachou Inc. has created a 501c3, The Patachou Foundtaion, which serves healthy meals to at-risk and food insecure children.
Founder Martha Hoover is a six-time James Beard Award semi-finalist in the Outstanding Restaurateur category, and Patachou Inc. has been named a top place to work by Food & Wine Magazine.
