PRINCIPLE RESPONSIBILITIES/POSITION PURPOSE:
Assists the bakery supervisor in the preparation and plating of all items for the Food and Beverage outlets to include breakfast, lunch, dinner.
EXAMPLE OF DUTIES:
15 % Responsible to supply assigned work station with all needed products and culinary equipment for prompt production.
50 % Prepares all the prep work for daily prep lists for restaurants, banquets, V.I.P.’s, guest requests following inventory prep lists.
20 % Stores all food in refrigerated boxes including covers, labels and dates, using the proper containers to protect against waste and spoilage.
15 % Maintains area in a clean condition at all times following specific cleaning guidelines and times.
In addition to performance of the essential functions, this position may be required to perform a combination of the following supportive functions, with the percentage of time performing each function to be solely determined by the supervisor based upon the particular requirements of the company.
