Every business has a story. In this instance, a trio of industry leaders, who worked together 20+ years ago, rising through the ranks of a national pizza concept, never thought they would reconnect to embark on a venture together. They found themselves brainstorming about what they had learned
throughout their experiences, everything from dough, sauce, cheese, fresh herbs, meats, preparation and techniques that go into making a great pie. At this point, the conversation started shifting from critiquing what�s wrong with the pizza industry to how to make it right.
Let them customize it anyway they want, pizza or salad, and charge them one reasonable price. They knew that with the right precision they could become real game-changers in the pizza industry. The Fired Pie founders� concept flourished, providing a fast casual restaurant where you can invent your own pizza on the best crust in town, customize your own salad, and even enjoy both together with their salad on a pie crust option (love it!).
Every day, in every store, they make their dough using only fresh ingredients, secret family sauce recipes, and craft brews, to create a truly one-of-a-kind old-fashioned pie using new-age oven technology.
