About Ernies Truck Plaza
EspañolErnie�s Stores was established in June of 2000 with the purchase of the Beaver Car & Truck Stop. Ernie�s Truck Plaza was born. The store was rebuilt and the current store and location opened in November of the same year. The store or stop was built on a single store concept catering to the independent driver and operator. The service and cleanliness was geared to be a home away from home for America�s professional truck drivers, and establishing a service second to none in the industry. The stop quickly became a destination, and the slogan of �A First Class Place to Stop� became a reality.
Ernie�s also looked to provide a fast, convenient, and delicious menu to offer its growing niche of customers. Ernie�s quickly became famous for their homemade chicken strips and chicken dinners. Looking to move their success into the retail market Ernie�s has since added retail gasoline locations in St. George, Cedar City, and Bountiful, Utah. You can find the same friendly staff, clean restrooms, and famous chicken strips and hot food service at the smaller concept locations labeled Ernie�s Too!
