The team at Datz Restaurant Group is encouraged to bring ideas to the table. Both Roger and Suzanne Perry have an open-door policy when it comes to collaborating with their staff on any number of things, from a possible killer cocktail to a brand new donut flavor. Datz curates an eclectic cocktail menu with artisanal liquors found nowhere else in Tampa. The menu of edible offerings boasts seasonal menu changes that reflect a growing community appetite for unique, new entrees that embrace a variety of lifestyle choices. The staff at all of DRGs concepts are made up of people from all backgrounds. It is part of what makes the team so special.
