$15 per hour

At Mayfield DQ our starting wage for a full time restaurant Team Member is $15 per hour. Mayfield DQ does not hire "cooks" or "cashiers", but rather well rounded "Team Members". Being a Team Member means that we won’t restrict you to just a customer service or food service role. Instead, we will cross-train you so that you will learn to make our unique dessert menu like Blizzards, Cakes, and Royal Treats, as well as our kitchen food menu with our famous line of burgers, baskets, and tacos.

RESPONSIBILITIES OF RESTAURANT TEAM MEMBER

• Fun, vibrant outgoing personality, great customer service skills
• Must be available to work days, nights, weekends, and holidays
• Cross training is required
• Be able to stand and exert fast-paced mobility for periods of time up to 6-8 hours in length and be able to lift 10-50 pounds
