At Mayfield DQ our starting wage for a full time restaurant Team Member is $15 per hour. Mayfield DQ does not hire cooks or cashiers but rather Team Members. Being a Team Member means that we don’t restrict you to one customer service or food service position and we will cross train you so that you are productive in the front of the house, with soft serve, and also productive in the kitchen, making our great burgers and baskets.

RESPONSIBILITIES OF RESTAURANT TEAM MEMBER

• Cross training is required
• Must be available to work days, nights, weekends, and holidays
• Fun, vibrant outgoing personality, great customer service skills
• Be able to stand and exert fast-paced mobility for periods of time up to 6-8 hours in length and be able to lift 10-50 pounds
