Welcome to our company. We are franchisees of various restaurant brands, including Arby�s, Long John Silver�s, T. J. Cinnamons, and Taco-Bell. Although, we�ve listed several companies here that share the policies and procedures, you are an employee of one individual company, unless you work for and get paid from more than one of these companies. We call our customers �guests�. Similarly, our employees are sometimes referred to as team members.
With you, our valued team member, we strive to provide the highest quality products and services to not only meet, but exceed our guests� expectations each and every time. Below, we have defined the mission of our company, which is what we all strive to accomplish every day in everything we do. Also, we believe in a set of Core Values that define our culture.
