We are seeking a developed leader to support the business by communicating, tracking, training, and coaching all Team Members on achieving and exceeding service and revenue goals. Restaurant Manager will oversee employees in the development of business and in the continual pursuit of “Operational Excellence” while creating a positive work culture. Restaurant Manager is in constant contact with the other senior leaders of the leadership team and Owner/Operator, and is responsible for the overall flow of the restaurant. 

Position Type: Full-time, 50 hours per week, day & evening hours

Pay: $14/hr

  • Experience as a leader in the customer service and/or production environment
  • Proven ability to lead in fast-paced environments as part of a team
  • Basic computer competency
  • Must be able to work Saturdays with only 6 missed Saturdays per year

  • Serves as subject matter expert to leadership and team for ongoing hospitality, customer service, and kitchen support
  • Responsible for inventory and facilities management
  • Complete understanding of each key position in both the front and back of the store
  • Continuously strategizes how to improve sales and processes in the restaurant
  • Must be able to meet the physical demands of the position which includes, but is not limited to, standing for up to 10 hours and lifting up to 40 pounds
  • Follow Chick-fil-A’s operational policies and procedures
