Hourly Team Members are responsible for serving guests courteously, quickly and efficiently with a sincere, positive, pleasant and enthusiastic attitude. Duties of the cashier position include filling orders, suggestive selling, receiving money and accurately counting back change, being responsible for all cash issued and received at your register during your shift, and counting down the drawer at the end of the shift to ensure accuracy. Duties of the cook position include completing all assigned prep work, setting up cook’s station, maintaining product presentations, product quality, cook time standards and preparing all menu items according to our recipes, plate presentations and specifications, set up of equipment and preparing and portioning food items to specification while maintaining a clean work area. Hourly team members also assist with cleaning all areas of the restaurant and other duties as assigned by the manager on duty. A qualified applicant must be at least 16 years of age and have good communication skills, be able to lift 25-50 pounds, stand for up to 8 hours, and occasionally use motion which entails pushing, pulling, and stretching.
