About Apple Central
Founded in early 2012 by Bill Georgas and Trevor Ganshaw, American Franchise Capital, LLC was created to make private control investments in established tier 1 national franchised restaurant brands. Their goal was to attract the most talented team of restaurant professionals in the industry, capable of operating multiple brands at exceptionally high levels of profitability and guest satisfaction.
AFC completed its first acquisition of 33 Applebee�s Neighborhood Grill and Bar Restaurants located throughout the Midwest in the Fall of 2012. In Spring of 2013, AFC announced the acquisition of 28 Taco Bell Restaurants in CT, bringing the total number of restaurants to 61 restaurants located in 6 states.
